The same recipe can be smaller or larger depending on the band you pick. Cut: Lower-calorie portions for a sustainable deficit, aimed at steady fat loss while you stay nourished. Maintain: Portions balanced around maintenance calories to help you hold your weight with predictable energy day to day. Bulk: Higher-calorie portions for a controlled surplus, supporting healthy weight gain or heavier training without guesswork. The body quiz and calorie calculator help us point you at the right band.
